Richard Brown – Managing Director
Richard is a co-founder of converse360, a company that provides specialist services to bridge the gaps in the fields of Customer Experience, UC, Automation and AI. Richard is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as growing it strategically whilst ensuring it adheres to its founding principles. He leads the team of great people who work hard, with honesty and integrity, in a culture of continuous learning and development. Previously, Richard co-founded 5i, a business that built its reputation as one of the most innovative providers of UC and Contact Centre technologies in the UK. Providing specialist services to numerous IT Resellers, integrators and voice providers, it delivered systems from Cisco, Enghouse, Microsoft and their partner ecosystems to hundreds of blue-chip businesses. A qualified Electronics Engineer, Richard has over twenty years' experience in the telecommunications industry. He is passionate about how technologies can play their part in digitising and transforming businesses and he continues to be in front of customers as often as possible, asking questions and sharing his insights. Richard lives in Windsor and is married with two children. In his spare time he builds and renovates houses, and does just enough exercise to stay in shape.
Karl Roberts – Technical Director
Karl is co-founder and has been involved with Contact Center, Customer Experience and Systems integration technologies for 25 years. He built one of the industry's top contact centre and advance services teams as well as designing numerous innovative solutions for blue chip, public and central government organisations. Karl co-designed one of the world's largest Digital Cloud Contact CX platforms. Karl has vast experience in integrating Multi Channel Customer Care solutions across all channels and incorporating Automation and Self-Service powered by AI and ML . He is an expert in advanced speech technologies, biometrics, call authentication & prediction technologies. He was an early adopter of intelligent conversational Chatbots and interactive assistants across channels and has won awards for mobile innovation and design. Karl has worked with numerous vendors over the years such as IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, Enghouse, Verint, Twilio, Nice and Nuance. Karl has an Honours Degree in Computer Science, as well as well as achieving Masters level in Social Physics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) from MIT. Karl's passions range from film, music, theatre and travelling to Spanish culture and Greek food. Karl speaks 4 languages at various levels which he continues to improve.
Dave Jani – Operations Director
Dave is a co-founder and has over a decade of experience in designing, deploying and managing teams to deliver Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Telepresence projects. In addition to the technical aspects of Telephony and UC; Dave has unparalleled knowledge in working with customers to provide the best user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) for both the enterprise and consumer alike. His communication skills ensure that customers objectives and outcomes are captured in detail and that the delivery team have a clear understanding and documented picture of the successful end goal. Dave's analytical nature and attention to detail combined with his dedication to both his work and customer satisfaction has enabled him to successfully deliver hundreds of large-scale projects. His strategic thinking and decision making have proven to regularly produce outcomes that satisfy all parties involved. Dave has an Honours Degree in Computer Science, as well as achieving Masters level in Management from University of Leicester. Dave's finally finding the time to return to his fitness training and swimming, and has started to pursue some new hobbies including clay pigeon shooting.
